Description
Enjoy a privileged location just a few steps from the beach. Small one-story villa, with a private pool and outdoor areas to relax in the sun in an environment full of comfort and privacy for you and yours.
The villa is accessed by going down a few steps, finding, first, the outdoor area with the pool and sun loungers, and then access to the house, which is all on the same floor. Upstairs there are other apartments of neighbors who usually come seasonally.
We have a large equipped kitchen that joins the living room. The dining area is outside, right next to the kitchen and in a covered area, so if it rains there will be no risk of getting wet.
The bedrooms face the interior patio of other neighboring apartments. The largest bed is in the main bedroom, the bed in the second bedroom is medium and the bed in the third bedroom is a single 90 cm. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are two bathrooms with a shower, one of them next to the main room.
The pool is not heated, and in some months the water may be a little colder than others.
If you come with a baby, let us know and we will have a travel cot and a high chair prepared for your comfort at no extra cost.
While our pool isn't heated, many guests enjoy it throughout the year. In winter season the weather in Gran Canaria is generally mild, making the pool a pleasant spot to relax within the range of 18-22º
